Donald Stone

Donald James Stone Jr., 66, of Montrose, New York, was unexpectedly called into heaven on September 6th, 2024. Born on September 4th, 1958 in Tarrytown, New York, Donald was the beloved son of Edith Lois Waterbury Stone and the late Donald James Stone Sr.

Donny is survived by his beloved wife Karen Stone, his children Jennifer (Timothy Weber), and Donald James Stone III. Sister, Nancy Connick and brother in law Robert Connick (Cassandra,Ryan and Brittany). His step children Kristie (Matthew Dorpfeld-Smith) and Michael Sama as well as his father and mother in law Roger and Rita Fracentese. Also, his two sister in laws Diane Gagliardi (Amanda and Ashley) and Denise Settembre (Tony and Anthony) and his beloved grandchild Olivia Grace Dorpfeld-Smith. Donny is also survived by his life-long friends, better known as brothers, Kevin O'Dell and Rich Pisanti.

Donny was a Service Director at Millennium Honda in Hempstead, New York for many years. He will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family and friends, which touched the lives of many. His commitment to his precious pups, Cody and Luna was a testament to his character and dedication.

A celebration of Donny's life will be held on Wednesday September 11th, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hawthorne Funeral Home in Hawthorne, New York. For those who wish to share their final goodbyes, please meet at the Hawthorne Funeral Home on Thursday, September 12th at 9:00am. The burial will follow, taking place at Mount Calvary Cemetery in White Plains, New York.

Donny's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of fostering strong family bonds and creating cherished traditions, and will be forever remembered with love and gratitude.
