Diane Sautner

Diane Albertina Sautner was born Nov. 21, 1942 in White Plains to Emil and Albertina Suda. She grew up in Elmsford and graduated from Alexander High School. Diane wed John Sautner in 1964 they were married for 50 years. Diane is survived by her husband John Sautner, her brother Frank Suda, her sister-in-laws Mary Ann Suda and Linda Garcia, her nieces Holly and Michelle, and her nephew Jonathan Suda. Diane worked as a medical secretary at Phelps Memorial Hospital then as a secretary for the Physical Therapy Dept. at Burke Rehabilitation Center. Diane spent many years volunteering for Just Strays, Forgotten Felines and other animal charities. The family will receive friends on Sunday January 18 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 72 E. Main Street, Elmsford, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Elmsford on Monday at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Forgotten Felines at PO Box 430, Valhalla, NY 10595.
