Diane C. Dean

Diane C. Dean (nee Altamuro) 71, of Hawthorne, N.Y. passed away on June 2, 2014 after a valiant fight with cancer. Born on April 21, 1943, Diane was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Diane's passions included the love and commitment to caring for her family and maintaining her homes and flower gardens in Hawthorne, N.Y. and spending the summers and weekends with the family at her home on Long Beach Island, NJ. Diane is survived by her loving husband Rick Dean to whom she was wed for 43 years and her cherished daughter Keri-Lynn Kiamie and her husband Mathew Kiamie of Hawthorne, N.Y., and her beloved son Jeffrey A. dean and his wife Jeanne Dean of Yorktown Heights, N.Y. She is also survived by her 4 beautiful grandchildren which were the love of her life; Kamryn Dean, Samuel Kiamie, Ryan Dean, and Daniel Kiamie. Diane is also survived by her brother Patsy Altamuro and his wife Rosemary and their two children Jessica McGee and Jimmy Altamuro of Harrison, N.Y. Diane was employed as a Teaching Assistant by the White Plains School District for 25 years and prior to that she was employed with the Mt.Pleasant School District. Reposing,
