Dennis Bianco

Dennis Bianco, 74, of Eastchester passed away on January 1st following a tragically short battle with pancreatic cancer.

He was born on December 28, 1949 to the late Saverio and Carmela (Venuto) Bianco. He was a graduate from St. Raymond's High School for Boys and Texas A&M University. Dennis was raised in the Bronx surrounded by a close-knit Italian family who will dearly miss him.

Dennis had a wonderfully sarcastic sense of humor. Conversations with him were filled with witty jokes and irony. He had a soft spot for animals and was devoted to his cat Hunter who predeceased him.

Dennis was a sports enthusiast. He was deeply involved in youth soccer when his kids were young and was president of the Scarsdale Youth Soccer Club for a number of years. He was also a perennially disappointed Jets fan. Later in life, Dennis found a love in attending Broadway shows and concerts with his partner Janis.

Dennis is survived by his daughter Lindsay, his son Russell and wife Katie, his grandson Dominic, and his partner Janis West, along with many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Services will take place Sunday January 7, 2024 at 1:30pm at Hawthorne Funeral Home. Please arrive by 1pm. Internment to follow at Kensico Cemetery. Afterwards, a reception will be held at Boun Amici in White Plains.
