Deborah Anne Bedard 60, of Valhalla, N.Y. died on June 16, 2019. She was born on Nov. 23, 1958 to James and Madeline (nee Varvaro) (LaChapelle) Smoot in White Plains, N.Y. She is survived by her devoted mother, Madeline Varvaro LaChapelle of Valhalla, N.Y. and by her loving sons, Michael Bedard of LIC, N.Y., Shawn Bedard of Denver, CO. and Jonathan Bedard of White Plains, N.Y. one brother, Jim (Kay) Smoot of Huntington, N.Y. and two sisters, Mary (Butch) Souter of Pawling, N.Y. and Carrie (Olivier) Vogel of Valhalla, N.Y. Deborah Anne was very Musically Gifted, loved her children more than anything else in the world, loved the color purple and loved the smell of lavender. Graveside Services, Mt.
