Daniel M. Pisello

Daniel M. Pisello 90, of West Harrison, N.Y. died on Dec.27, 2009 at White Plains Hospital Center. He was born on Feb.27, 1919 to the late Salvatore and Mary (nee Garaffa) Pisello in Port Chester, N.Y.He worked for Union Carbide in Eastview, N.Y. as Supervisor of Building Operations. Daniel was an avid Yankee Fan, loved country music and was dedicated to his family. He was a life member and Ex-Chief and president of the West Harrison Fire Dept. Daniel was predeceased by his devoted wife Emilia Pisello in 2004 and his granddaughter Suzanne (Frank) Tesoro in 2001. He is survived by his loving children; Maria Carpenito and her husband Alfonso of West Harrison, N.Y. and Daniel Pisello and his wife Susan of Morris Plains, N.J. 3 brothers; John of Harrison, Bill of Port Chester and Jimmy of Brewster, N.Y. 1 sister Millie Gallo of Port Chester, N.Y. Also survived by 3 cherished Grandchildren; Thomas Carpenito, Damon and Chloe Pisello and 2 great grandchildren; Kristen and Jessica Tesoro and many nieces and nephews. Reposing Hawthorne Funeral Home, Tuesday (today) 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, St.Anthony of Padua Church, West Harrison, N.Y. on Wednesday 10 :30 AM. Interment, Mt.Calvary Cemetery, Greenburgh, N.Y.
