Daniel Martins

Daniel Martins passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2014. He was born on September 11, 1924 to John and Maria (Pereira) Martins. Daniel courageously served two tours in the United States Army during WWII. He is predeceased by both of his parents and his brother Tony. He is survived by his brothers Pete, Manny, and Joe; and sisters-in-law, Ann, Dolores, Rosie, and Lil; as well as several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, White Plains, NY on Saturday, November 1 at 10am. Interment to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday, October 31 from 4 – 8 pm at the Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 2 Maple Avenue, White Plains, NY.
