Constance Kwap

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Constance Elizabeth Watters Kwap on October 2, 2024, in Suffern, NY, at the age of 81. Connie was born on February 27, 1943, in the Bronx, NY, to Constance and William Watters.

Connie's greatest joy in life was her family. She dedicated her life to caring for her children and to being a stay-at-home mom in our family's longtime home of Valhalla, NY. When she was in her 50s, she bravely attended nursing school and earned her LPN and spent her newfound career working in various women's health offices throughout Westchester and Fairfield counties. Connie retired from nursing in 2005 to spend her time enjoying her children, grandchildren, and family.

Connie is survived by her children, Jennifer O'Donnell and her husband, Tom; John Kwap and his wife, Heather; and Jason Kwap and his wife, Ana. She is also survived by her brothers Bill, Gregg (Valerie), Barry (Linda), and John (Barbara) along with countless loving nieces and nephews.

And finally, Connie was the proudest grandmother ever of Samantha, Jessica, and Ryan; Johnny, Juliana, and Justin; and Ella, Jonas, Ramona, and great-granddaughter, Melina.

She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all who loved her.
