Catherine E. Simpson 91, of Hawthorne, N.Y. died on July 10, 2014. She was born on April 3, 1923 to the late Martin and Mary (nee Brennan) Walsh in NYC. Catherine was predeceased by her husband, Kevin Simpson in 1972 and by her daughter, Kathleen
Simpson in 1992 and her sister, Peggy Walsh. She is survived by her loving children,
Kevin (Lynn) Simpson of Rockaway, N.Y. and Patricia (Robert) Riccobono of
Hawthorne, N.Y. also survived by her three cherished grandchildren, Michael, Christina
and Kathryn. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Sunday, 3-7 PM. Funeral Mass,
