Catherine Maher 97, of North White Plains, N.Y. died on July 26, 2010. She was born on Sept. 30, 1912 to the late Thomas and Mary Mullaney in Fall River, Mass. Catherine was predeceased by her devoted husband Thomas Maher in 1982, three sisters and 1 brother and also predeceased by her grandson Ryan Maher in 2009. She is survived by her loving children; Michael Maher and his wife Marian and Rosemary Maher all of
North White Plains, N.Y. also survived by her cherished granddaughter Erin Maher. Also survived by her devoted niece Joan Dorney of NYC. Reposing Hawthorne Funeral Home on Thursday 9 AM- 10:30 AM. Funeral Mass, Holy Name of Jesus Church, Valhalla, N.Y. on Thursday 11 AM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations to Ryan Maher Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o Holy Name of Jesus School 2 Bway Valhalla, N.Y. 10595 would be appreciated.
