Carol G. Hanley Rohl, a longtime resident of Elmsford, died Dec. 5 after a short illness. She was 90. Mrs. Rohl was born in Harrison on Nov. 15, 1927. Her husband was the late Charles Michael Rohl, a veteran of World War II. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Augustus Hanley and the late Ethel Carpenter Hanley. She was the sister of Ralph Hanley of Rye (and the sister-in-law of Joan Marando Hanley of Rye), and the sister of the late Richard Hanley and the late Ruth Hanley. She is survived by her niece, Deborah Hanley Martella of Meriden, Conn., and her nephews, Jeffrey Hanley of Rye and Scott Hanley of Rye. She is also survived by four great nieces, four great nephews, and a great great nephew and niece. Mrs. Rohl was a longtime employee of AT&T and a longtime resident of Rye. She graduated from Rye High School in 1946. She was a volunteer worker at White Plains Hospital for more than 30 years and was very active at the St. Joseph of Arimathea Episcopal Church in White Plains.
