Brigeda M. Carosi 81, of Ossining, N.Y. and formerly of Mt.Vernon, N.Y. died on May 8, 2011 at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow, N.Y. She was born on May 7, 1930 to the late Frank and Rose (nee Colicchio) Greco in Bronx, N.Y. She was a retired bookkeeper with Delta Electric in North White Plains, N.Y. Brigeda is survived by her loving children; Jeffrey (Helyna) Carosi of Montrose, N.Y., Robert (Patricia) Carosi of Carmel, N.Y. and Bridget (Romalo) Santucci of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y. and her two sisters Francesca Zappala of North White Plains, N.Y. and Claudia Greco of Tampa, Fla. also survived by her three cherished grandchildren; Nicholas Carosi and Shelby and Shane Santucci. Predeceased by her sister, Rosemarie Pugni. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home, on Tuesday (today) 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Wednesday 10 AM. Interment, Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to Epilepsy Foundation. Org. would be appreciated.
