Bridget A. Scimia

Bridget A. Scimia 91, of Hawthorne, N.Y. died on Feb.19, 2021. She was born on Feb.21, 1929 to the late Patrick and Josephine (nee Coleman) Muldoon in Portumna, County Galway, Ireland. She was a retired Telephone Operator with New York Telephone in Mt. Kisco, N.Y. She always enjoyed the love of her family. Bridget was predeceased by her devoted husband, Massimo Thomas Scimia in 2011 and also predeceased by her four sisters and one brother. Bridget is survived by her loving children, Sandy (Glenn) Solotaroff of Wappingers Falls, N.Y. and Thomas M. (Kathy) Scimia of Belpre, Ohio. two sisters, Josephine and Phyllis and one brother, Paddy. Also survived by her three cherished grandchildren, Jason and Christopher Solotaroff and Steve Scimia and two great grandchildren, Emma Lyn and Noah. Private Interment will take place at Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, N.Y.
