Barbara F. Corrigan

Barbara Corrigan 90, of Tampa, Fl and formerly of Yonkers and Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at St. Joseph's Hospital, in Tampa, of natural causes. Her parents and sister predeceased her: father, Gabriel Morosco (passed 1967) and mother, Gladys Morosco (passed 1986) Her sister, Eleanor Nordling passed away in 2001. She is survived by her 2 daughters Kathleen Corrigan of Tampa, Fl., and Elizabeth (Vincent) Grolli of Hawthorne, NY; also survived by her five cherished grandchildren, Dana, Andrew, Victoria, Vincent, and Nicholas.

Barbara was raised in Dobbs Ferry, NY. She attended schools in Yonkers and Dobbs Ferry, graduating from Dobbs Ferry High School. She attended Nursing school in New York City and was a registered nurse at White Plains Hospital in New York until her retirement in 1986.

Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021 from 4 PM- 8PM. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Friday 10 AM. Interment to follow.
