Antoinette B. (Matera) Ciaramella

Antoinette B. Ciaramella 93, of West Harrison and formerly of White Plains, N.Y. died on Jan.27, 2018 peacefully with her family by her side at White Plains Hospital. She was born on Oct. 25, 1924 to the late Anibale and Lucy (nee Loungo) Matera in White Plains, N.Y. She was a retired operator-clerk with NY Telephone Co. in White Plains, N.Y. Antoinette was predeceased by her devoted husband, Jack A. Ciaramella in 1998 and also predeceased by her brothers, Carmine Matera and Joseph Matera, and sister, Catherine Bresmon, her granddaughter, Cara Ann Carpenito and grandson, Eddie Ciaramella and her daughter in law, Linda Carpenito Ciaramella.  She is survived by her loving children, Nicholas Ciaramella of West Harrison, N.Y., Jack (Dina) Ciaramella of Suffern, N.Y., Gary (Cheryl) Ciaramella of West Harrison, N.Y., Nancy Ann (Joseph) Forgione of Cairo, N.Y., Lucy (James) Carpenito of West Harrison, N.Y. and Annette (Christopher) DeMott of Sterling, VA. her brother, Gerald Matera of Horsecave, KY and sister, Nancy Varian of Yonkers, N.Y. also survived by her thirteen cherished grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday, 4-9 PM. Funeral Mass, St. Anthony of Padua Church, West Harrison, N.Y. on Wednesday, 10 AM. Interment, Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Greenburgh, N.Y.
