Mortelliti, Anthony, Jr., 77, of Cape Coral, FL passed away at Westchester County Medical Center after a long illness on Wednesday, July 24, 2019. He was born to Anthony and Margaret (nee Farfalla) Mortelliti of Elmsford, New York. After graduating from Alexander Hamilton High School and J.M. Wright Technical School, he joined the United States Navy and served on the U.S.S. Springfield, the flagship of the 6th Fleet in the Mediterranean Sea. After his honorable discharge, he had a long and distinguished career in the roofing, restaurant, and real estate industries. He recently retired as a partner from Mortelliti Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc., and River Properties, Inc. He is survived by his wife Meike Mortelliti, daughter Rebecca Caruso, son-in-law Jeff Caruso, and grandson Alexander, as well as brother Joseph (Luisa) Mortelliti, and sisters Marie (John) McIntyre, and Antonia Mortelliti.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Anthony's name to The American Heart Association.
