Anthony D. Lovito died Friday November 5, 2004 at his home in White Plains. He was 85. Tony the Milkman, as he was known worked for Smith's Dairy in White Plains. He served in the United Stated Army in World War II.
Two children Anthony D Lovito, Jr. and Gennaro W. Lovito Sr. survive him along with six grandchildren Anthony, Bethany, Karissa, Allison, Gennaro Jr. and Jennifer Lovito. A grandson Michael Lovito predeceased him. He is the great grandfather to India and Bill.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10am Tuesday November 9, 2004 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 92 S. Lexington Avenue White Plains, NY. Friends may call Monday November 8, 2004 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm at the Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 2 Maple Avenue at South Broadway White Plains, NY. Interment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook, NY.
