Anthony N. Giorgio 71, of Pleasantville, N.Y. died on Jan.5,2017 from injuries he sustained in a car accident. He was born on Sept.2,1945 to the late Joseph and Angelina Giorgio in Mt.Vernon, N.Y. He served proudly with the US Army during the Vietnam War. Anthony was a self employed General Contractor Builder in the Pleasantville Area. He was an old school guy at heart and loved Cadillacs and building houses. But most of all he loved spending time with his two sons, Michael Giorgio of Hawthorne, N.Y. and Christopher Giorgio of NYC. Whether it was watching them play sports or just hanging out in the living room talking about life. He was an amazing man who will truly be missed. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Wednesday, 11:30 AM. Interment to follow.
