Anne C. Carroll

Anne C. Carroll passed away peacefully on November 7, 2018 following a brief battle with lung cancer at the age of 76 in Flower Mound, TX and formerly of Valhalla, N.Y. Anne was predeceased by her darling husband E. Thomas Carroll Sr. Anne was born and raised in Gorebridge, Scotland. As a teenage she worked as Turf accountant in Edinburgh. Always fiercely independent, Anne traveled to the US at the age of 22 to begin a new life in New York.  She held many jobs, however, found her true calling as an Inventory Supervisor for “MLA” a medical device company in Pleasantville, NY.  Anne enjoyed traveling, trivia and spending time with family. Anne is survived by her devoted daughter Andrena Carroll-Gerace, her husband Tony and grandson Tyler. Her daughter Deborah Carroll Rogers, her husband Craig and grandchildren Kaitlyn and Spencer. She is also survived by her loyal canine companion Chiquito . She was pre-deceased by her son, Edward T. Carroll, Jr. Anne also leaves behind family and loved ones in New York, Connecticut, Canada and Scotland and will be sadly missed by all. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Sunday from 3-7 PM. Where Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11 AM. Interment, Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, NY to follow.
