ANDERSON, Anna V.

Anna V. Anderson of White Plains died Saturday November 12, 2005 she was 90. Anna was born in Laflin, PA on January 14, 1915 to Joseph and Anna Jurista. She married Reinhold Anderson in Peekskill, NY in 1940.

Her daughter Beverly (George) Kelly of Hopewell Junction, NY and son Rudolph Anderson of White Plains survive her as well as granddaughters Charlene (Derek) Hartly of LaGrange, NY and Cheryl Graham of Millbrook, NY. Four great grandsons Johnathan, Joseph, Jesse and Andrew also survive her along with three sisters Josephine Mesceda, Veronica Keraga and Margaret Cadden.

Anna is predeceased by her beloved husband Reinhold, two brothers and three sisters.

Anna retired from Reader's Digest in 1980. She loved her family, knitting, cooking and gardening. She also enjoyed making meals for the veterans at the White Plains Veterans Center.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday November 15, 2005 at 12:00pm at the Ballard-Durand Funeral Home 2 Maple Avenue at South Broadway White Plains, NY. Friends may call Monday from 2-4pmnd 7-9pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Kensico Cemetery Valhalla, NY.
