Ann Pacifico

Ann Pacifico 75, of Valhalla, N.Y. died on April 28, 2016. She was born on June 2, 1940 to the late Raymond and Cecilia Ragusa in Bronx, N.Y. She formerly owned and operated Smoke n Sweets in Thornwood, N.Y. for fifteen years. She was a very loving and caring person. Ann was predeceased by her devoted husband, Anthony J. Pacifico in 2000 and is survived by her loving daughters, Christina (Thomas) D'Armiento of Valhalla, N.Y. and Francesca (Ralph) Hurd of Mahopac, N.Y. one sister, Concetta DiLoreto of Wethersfield, CT. also survived by her cherished and love of her life, grandson, Anthony Gabriel D'Armiento. Predeceased by her four brothers, Joseph, Anthony, Raymond and John Paul Ragusa and her five deceased sisters, Sister Rosalie Ragusa, Carmela Palmeri, Cecilia Ragusa, Dolores Keizer and Ramona Somieda. Also predeceased by her brother in law and sister in law, Bartolomeo and Mary Pacifico. Also survived by her sister in law, Josephine Ragusa of Valhalla, N.Y. and brother in law, Ignatius Palmeri of Goshen, N.Y. and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Sunday and Monday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Name of Jesus Church, Valhalla, N.Y. on Tuesday, 10 AM. Entombment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y.
