Angelina Theresa DeLeno

Angelina Theresa DeLeno (nee Estatico), a New Rochelle resident for more than sixty-five years, passed away on January 15, 2025 from natural causes. She was 97 years old. She was a retired Operator for the New York Telephone Co. She was born in Pelham on April 18, 1927 to Theresa Pellicci and Antonio Estatico, and was the 8th of 9 children. She was predeceased by her brother Anthony Estatico and seven sisters, Madeline Nardozzi, Antoinette Battochio, Theresa Cappello, Frances Scarano, Josephine Rado, Marie Sena, and Palmina Toglia. Her sister-in-law Anne Estatico survives her. Angelina was loved by many and will be deeply missed. She was the beloved mother of Steven DeLeno of New Rochelle, and Robert DeLeno of West Haven, CT and beloved mother-in-law to Mary Jane (nee Vaccaro). She adored her loving grandchild Robert (Bobby) and his fiancé Victoria Piktelis. She was a loving aunt to her many nieces and nephews. As per her wishes, there will be no services.
