Angela Miata

Angela Miata, 91, of Briarcliff Manor and formally of the Bronx died on June 24, 2014. Angela was born on Nov. 26, 1922 to John and Lucy (nee Laurenzano) Schettino in New York City. Angela is predeceased by her devoted husband Joseph Miata (1986)and her five brothers Leonard, Chippy, Joseph, Anthony and Frank Schettino. Angela is survived by her loving sons Vincent (Roseann) Miata of Rye Brook, NY, John (Denise) Miata of Valhalla, NY and Joseph Miata of Hamden, Ct. She is also survived by her five cherished grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home, Hawthorne NY, on Thursday from 2-4PM and 7-9PM. Funeral mass Friday 10AM at Holy Name of Jesus Church in Valhalla, NY. Interment, St. Raymond's Cemetery Bronx, NY.
