Americo "Mickey" Del Duca

Americo Del Duca , 91, of White Plains, NY, passed away on April 25, 2015. He worked for Otis Elevator Company, was a property clerk for the White Plains Police Department and a school crossing guard at the Greenacres Elementary School in Scarsdale, NY. He is survived by his daughter, Sandy Del Duca of White Plains, a sister Jane Holland of Sydney, Australia, and several nieces and nephews. His sisters, Carmella Marchesani, Lucy Duffy, Judith Dean, Marie Gentile, Margaret Weller and a brother John Del Duca, predeceased him. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 30, at St. Bernard’s Church in White Plains. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 28 and Wednesday April 29, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00pm at the Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 2 Maple Avenue at South Broadway, White Plains, NY. Interment will be in the St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Yonkers, NY.
