Alice Mozarsky was born in Brooklyn, New York on April 23, 1934. Her parents were Samuel and Jessica Kreshover. Alice was one of four siblings along with Rosalind, Naomi and William. She went to Jefferson High School in Brooklyn, NY.
Alice married Gabriel Mozarsky in 1960. They were married for 56 years until Gabe passed away in 2016. They lived for over 50 years in an apartment building on the border of Coney Island and Brighton Beach in Apartment 21C of 448 Neptune Avenue. They had two sons: Peter and Scott and four grandchildren. Jake and Brooke, the children of Scott and Robin Mozarsky, and Brett and Luke, the children of Peter and Laurie Mozarsky.
Alice was a model after graduating from high school. She ultimately moved from modelling to the business side at Israel Bonds, where she was Executive Assistant to the CEO playing a Chief of Staff type role in which she got to travel to Israel, run fashion shows and meet with Israeli government officials. She ultimately left Israel Bonds and became the Executive Assistant to the Corporation Counsel of New York City (the city's head lawyer).
She loved country music and was a great cook. Garth Brooks and John Denver were her favorite artists. She had many friends with whom she would often play mahjong and canasta.
She was a kind, compassionate, optimistic, thoughtful person who believed that what defined her life was the life that Gabe and she built for their kids. They defined success by the happiness and success of their children and grandchildren and were proud of all of them.
Alice's love for her family members and close friends was unconditional. She was supportive, optimistic, loving and resilient and had a positive impact on a lot of people both professionally and personally.
