Alfonso G. Dorio

Alfonso G. Dorio 91, of White Plains, N.Y. died on Jan.17,2023 at Northern Westchester Hospital Center in Mt.Kisco, N.Y. He was born on Sept.2,1931 to the late Alfonso and Elvira (nee Codian) Dorio in White Plains, N.Y. He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Alfonso was retired from the Plumbers Union in White Plains and was considered the Family Plumber. In his later years he enjoyed spending time in Bonita Springs, FL. He is survived by his devoted wife, Mary (nee Hannigan) Dorio of White Plains, N.Y. and by his loving children, John Dorio of Ossining, N.Y. and Joanne (John) DiBiasi of Millwood, N.Y.  Also survived by his four cherished grandchildren, Michael, Daniella and Johnny Dorio and Angela DiBiasi and two great grandchildren and also survived by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his four beloved brothers and four beloved sisters and a granddaughter, Gabriella Dorio. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Friday, Jan.20,2023 from 2-4 PM to 6-8 PM. Where Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, 11 AM.
