Agnes Muriel Accurti-Morse, who we all knew and loved as Bonnie, died suddenly in her sleep on February 5th 2016. It would be easy to write a book with thousands of pages on her life as it was full and colorful, just like Bonnie. She was a mom, grandma (GB), mema, sister, best friend, aunt, mother-in-law, and wife, who gave unconditional love. Bonnie was the first of three girls born to Beatrice and James Bond in Hawthorne, NY on November 21, 1942. Bonnie married Edward Oliva in 1961 and had three children. She was a devoted mother to Darlene Oliva Sabatino, Edward Paul Oliva, and Angela Oliva Robinson (Alan Robinson). Her seven grandchildren where her pride and joy all of whom will miss her dearly: Alan and Nolan Robinson, Michael J. Sabatino, Edward, Rebecca, Megan and Tara Oliva. She is also survived by her loving sister Marion (Bunny) Valentin, her husband Rene, and their son James. Bonnie was married to Louis Accurti, her second husband, for almost 30 years until his passing in 2004. They owned and operated Lu-Jack Tobacco, in Thornwood, White Plains, and Mt. Kisco NY And "What about Bob"? as she would say….In 2005 Bonnie married her devoted husband Robert Morse in Waterford CT. where they lived happily for 11 years until her passing. A private family prayer service will be held on Saturday at the Hawthorne Funeral Home directly followed by her cremains being interred into the holy grounds of Kensico Cemetery. Instead of flowers, her family's wish would be that you all take a moment to do an unexpected act of kindness of your choosing in remembrance of Bonnie, or of course, eat a dozen clams or lobster with butter…. her favorites.
