Adelino Sonny, Al Loreto

Adelino M. (Sonny, Al) Loreto 88, of Ossining, N.Y. died on June 12, 2015. He was born on March 20, 1927 to the late Amadeo and Maria Loreto in Brooklyn, N.Y. He proudly served in the US Navy during WWII. Sonny was a retired Letter Carrier with the US Postal Service in the Kingsbridge Section of the Bronx, N.Y. and later worked for Readers Digest in the Security Dept. He was predeceased by his devoted wife, Mary Loreto in 2010 and he is survived by his loving daughters, Phyllis and Maria Loreto both of Ossining, N.Y. also survived by his one sister, Corinne Loreto of Bronx, N.Y. and by his one brother, Anthony (Justine) Loreto of Hollywood, Fla. Reposing Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 11 AM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St.Jude's Children's Hospital, Memphis, Tenn. would be appreciated.
