Devoted and loving brother to Sylvia Brakarsh and husband Jack Brakarsh and brothers in law Leon Seaman and Bill Cohen. Funeral Service will be Wednesday at 11:00AM at Congregation Kol Ami, 252 Soundview Avenue, White Plains.
