Elizabeth June Portsmouth

Elizabeth June Turner Portsmouth passed away on Monday August 31, 2009 she was 86. Elizabeth was born on June 30, 1923 in Ashton-Under-Lyne England to Kathleen Mary and Charles Henry Turner. Elizabeth was pre deceased by her husband Joseph Phillip Portsmouth. Elizabeth grew up in England where she was educated and served in the land army during WWII. She was an amazing homemaker for her family. She enjoyed traveling and learning new things and received her college degree in nutrition from Westchester Community College. She became a proud citizen of the US many years ago. She is survived by her children Margaret Elizabeth, Ruth Mallalieu, and David Joseph, and also her grandchildren Jennifer, Joseph, and Kristin. She is also survived by her loving sister and best friend Margaret Smallbone and her nieces Jennifer, and carol.
