Carmella Santella

Carmella Santella, of Elmsford, NY, died May 15, 2016 in Dobbs Ferry, NY. She was 90 years old.

Carmella was born July 16, 1925 in White Plains, NY and worked as a waitress for Lamanda's for many years. She married Thomas Santella on November 6, 1949.

Carmella and her husband are devoted members of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Elmsford. A daughter Deborah Marie Santella Graham predeceased her.

Her husband Thomas, son-in-law, Douglas Graham , his wife Marie and a her cherished granddaughter Faith DelGrosso Graham survive her.

Carmela is survived by one brother George Cherubino. She was predeceased by three sisters and two brothers. Carmella is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10:00 am on Wednesday May 18th. Interment will follow in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
