Len, Paula, Keturah and the Grands. It will be the little things that you will remember, the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughters and although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memories of these things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again. Love you guys

Celebrating the memories of a lovely life and a caring family that surrounded her. I was raised across the street believing we were all related. Mrs. Proctor was an authoritarian even for our household across the street. My parents did not waste time implementing her suggestions. She was the voice of the bottom half of Sears Avenue.
Classy and respected. She ensured we all stuck together and were never short of love.
    Thank you Mrs. Carrie Proctor!

Paula, Len, Keturah and children always remember”When Someone you Love is a Memory ,that Memory becomes a Treasure”. Aunt Carrie was from a generation, when family needs help, you ,were there. No matter what was going on in your life you were there. When Mommy and Junnie passed or when I got sick you were there. Aunt Carrie was a very special Lady, Memories oh the memories we will remember for the rest of our days . You are at peace now, Uncle Vernon, Denise. Mommy and the rest of your siblings we’re calling you, now you are there.

Mrs Proctor will be missed, she was kind, compassionate and didn’t take any mess.
She was one of the only women in our neighborhood that didn’t have a husband. She raised three children will love and would help you if you needed anything. She was part of our village that help raise us young men on the Northside of Elmsford.

Mrs Proctor you will be missed.

    Love Always

    Paula, Len & Family,

Our deepest condolences on the transition of your family matriarch. Your mom was a strong, commanding, kind and encouraging presence in Elmsford that multiple generations of ” North End” young people benefitted from. She was a community mom, especially if we knew you guys. Just to pass her house on Sears demonstrated Ms. Proctor was on point; her yard was impeccably kept and the front stoop was inviting for conversation. We know that after you regain perspective from a fairly lengthy focus on assisting and guiding her from health challenges to Heavenly transition, you will realize how profoundly blessed you were to have her as a mom and how much she equipped you to handle whatever personal challenges confront you in the future. Always remember the love of family she instilled in you and the sense of community she lived. Also remember, she is but a prayer away!
